An orientation programme as part of Business Unit Senior Leadership training for new BUHs, Heads of O&M and Heads of Project Construction was organized today virtually.

CMD, NTPC graced the occasion and addressed the participants in the presence of Director (HR).

The one-month training programme is being held for half-day afternoon sessions with the objective to familiarize Business Unit Senior Leaders with the important aspects of managing project and other critical issues including statutory responsibilities, compliances, Stakeholder Management, Corporate Governance and emerging technologies.
